We are pleased to announce that our client, Smart Vision Eye Specialities Private Limited (“Smartvision”) has successfully raised funding from Jashvik Capital, a healthcare and consumer focussed mid-market private equity investor through its eye care platform, Auresta Healthcare. Jashvik Capital has committed capital to do few similar sized eye care investments to build India’s leading eye care platform across multiple geographies.
Established in 2015 by Dr Harshavardhan Reddy, Smart Vision Eye Hospitals is one of the leading regional eye care chains in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The company operates 14 centres in South India and offers a full suite of eye care services including refractive treatments and surgeries, cataract surgeries, treatments for retinal conditions, glaucoma, oculoplasty and pediatric eye care.
Veda Corporate Advisors (“VedaCorp”) was the exclusive financial advisor to the Company and its promoters.
