Background
The Composite Scheme creates a formidable Omni Channel Pharmacy (OCP) and Digital Health platform in India. AHEL shareholders to have direct shareholding in a combined entity, enabling full value discovery and eliminating any hold co discount in valuation.
The combined entity will have unprecedented business metrics: (i) revenues of US$ ~2bn with strong operating profitability; (ii) serving ~1mn daily customers through 6,500+ pharmacies, (iii) registered digital user base of 40+ million and (iv) distribution network of ~75,000+ partner pharmacies & 3,000+ hospitals.
