We are pleased to announce that our client, Provet Pharma Private Limited (“Provet”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Growel Formulations Private Limited (“Growel Formulations”). Provet was founded in 2009 by two veterinary professionals, Dr. V. Muthu Selvan and Dr. S. Senthil along with two investors, who exited the company as part of this transaction.
Provet is a market leading poultry healthcare platform and nutrition company with strong presence in preventive and therapeutic solutions for poultry and aqua segments. The Company focusses on innovative and unique products and has strong pan-India sales and distribution team and has recently forayed into exports.
Growel Formulations is a leading player in aqua health and nutrition and this partnership helps in establishing a robust platform targeting multiple high growth segments within animal health industry.

Veda provided comprehensive transaction advisory services covering identification of prospective investors, evaluation of offers, strategic positioning including deal structuring, negotiation of key commercial terms, leading to the successful closure of the transaction.
