Background
We are pleased to announce that our client, Akshayakalpa Farms & Foods Private Limited (“Akshayakalpa”) has raised Series D funding led by ABC Impact, Catamaran Ventures, Asha Ventures along with participation from its existing investors including A91 Partners and Rainmatter. The round also facilitated an exit for Venture Diary. The proceeds will support Akshayakalpa’s next phase of growth, including the establishment of new manufacturing facilities and strategic back-end investments to expand into new cities.
This is VedaCorp’s third transaction for Akshayakalpa, having also advised on its Series B and C fundraises.
Akshayakalpa Organic is a leading farm-to-consumer organic dairy brand in India, focused on delivering high-quality milk and dairy products sourced directly from certified organic farms. Founded with a mission to promote sustainable agriculture and farmer livelihoods, the company works closely with a network of 3,000+ farmers. It has built a strong presence across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, serving over 1,20,000+ customers through its omnichannel distribution network.
