We are pleased to announce that Quadria Capital (“Quadria”), has invested ~ INR 5,000 Mn / USD 67 Mn in Nobel Hygiene (“Company”) to acquire a significant minority stake in the Company. The deal provided exit to its investors Access India Fund and CLSA Capital Partners.
Nobel Hygiene, founded by Mr Kamal Kumar Johari, is a dominant player with over 50% market share in the adult diaper space in India. The Company is known for its best in class manufacturing capabilities and pan-India distribution network. It has leveraged its strengths to consolidate a formidable position in the large and growing baby diaper and feminine hygiene segments.
