Background
We are pleased to announce that Sahajanand Medical Technologies (“SMT”), a leading manufacturer and developer of medical devices in India has acquired Vascular Concepts (“Vascular”), a company engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of endovascular medical devices that aid less invasive therapy. With this acquisition SMT has announced their entry into the fast-growing structural heart segment.
